Wheat Vegetable Adai
Ingredients
- Wheat sooji / Kothumai Ravai - 250
- Curd - 1 cup
- Carrot - 2
- Beans - 50 gm
- Spring onion - 1 spring
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Onion - 2
- Green chillies - 3
- Oil - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves - 2 spring
Method
- Soak wheat sooji (Kodhumai Rava) in curd at least ½ an hour.
- Chop all vegetables and mix with salt and mix with soaked wheat sooji (Kodhumai Rava).
- Heat oil in kadai, pour the batter and cook till golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
