Wheat Sooji Kitchedi – II
Ingredients
- Wheat sooji (Kothumai Rava) - 200 gm
- Onion (Chopped) - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green Chillies (Chopped) - 2 tsp
- Carrot (grated) - 1
- Beans (Chopped) - 50 gm
- Water - 2 ½ glass
- Oil - 1 spoon full
- Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves (Chopped) - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Method
- Heat oil Kadai, fry wheat sooji, in dry (without oil).
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, green chillies and Chopped onion, tomato, beans, carrot fry well add water and allow boiling.
- Then add wheat sooji and salt mix well.
- Cook till sooji cooked and water reduced.
- Remove from heat and leave at least two minutes in closed.
- Open after 10 minutes and serve with chutney.
