Wheat (Kothumai) Kali
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Jiggery - 1 ½ cup
- Cashew nut - as required
- Sultanas (Dry grapes) - as required
- Powdered cardamom - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
Method
- Fry the wheat flour and bake like idly.
- Make syrup in jiggery mix the baked flour stir well.
- Fry cashew nuts, sultanas and cardamom powder in ghee.
- Mix into a kadai, stir well till thickened.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
