Wheat Dosai
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (chopped)
- Oil - as required
Method
- Mix the wheat flur, rice flour, cumin seeds and salt together with water make a thin dosa batter.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Heat tawa and pour the batter like dosa (it must to be thin).
- Cook both sides with oil.
- Remove from heat and serve with samber, chutney and idly podi.
