Vermicelli Bringi

Ingredients

  1. Vermicelli (Philspery)                                     - 250 gm
  2. Onion                                                                    - 100 gm
  3. Tomato                                                                                - 2
  4. Ginger                                                                  - 1 piece
  5. Garlic                                                                     - 5 flakes
  6. Mint, coriander leaves                                   - 1 hand full
  7. Green chillies                                                     - 4
  8. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  9. Cinnamon                                                           - 2
  10. Cloves                                                                   - 2
  11. Cardamom                                                          - 2
  12. Turmeric powder                                             - a pinch
  13. Red colour / Kessari powder                       - a pinch
  14. Chilli powder                                                      - as required
  15. Cashew nut                                                        - as required
  16. Oil / Ghee                                                           - as required

Method

  1. Grind ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and mint leave Grind separately.
  2. Fey cashew nuts in Ghee set in side.
  3. Fry vermicelli in Ghee set aside.
  4. Heat oil, add, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onion tomato, fry well.
  5. Then add ground ingredients and fry well add 2 cup of water Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt stir well.
  6. Add vermicelli allow cooking then adding, cashew nut and coriander leaves remove form fire and serve hot.
