Vermicelli Bringi
Ingredients
- Vermicelli (Philspery) - 250 gm
- Onion - 100 gm
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Garlic - 5 flakes
- Mint, coriander leaves - 1 hand full
- Green chillies - 4
- Salt - to taste
- Cinnamon - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Red colour / Kessari powder - a pinch
- Chilli powder - as required
- Cashew nut - as required
- Oil / Ghee - as required
Method
- Grind ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, and mint leave Grind separately.
- Fey cashew nuts in Ghee set in side.
- Fry vermicelli in Ghee set aside.
- Heat oil, add, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onion tomato, fry well.
- Then add ground ingredients and fry well add 2 cup of water Turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt stir well.
- Add vermicelli allow cooking then adding, cashew nut and coriander leaves remove form fire and serve hot.
