Tandoori Roti
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Refine flour - ¼ cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Curd - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Make dough with flour, refined flour, ghee, curd, and salt, kneed well soak / proof at least 2 hours.
- Make a small ball.
- Press the balls in 5mm thick Roties.
- Heat tawa and cook one side.
- Brush with wet cloth to another side and turnover.
- Remove from tawa and cook straight in gas fire remove and serve hot.
