Tandoori Nan
Ingredients
- Refine flour (Maida) -3 kg
- Banking Powder -2 tsp
- Salt - 1 ½ tsp
- Milk - 1 ½ tsp
- Sugar - 4 tsp
- Fresh curd - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 ½ tsp
- Butter - as required
- Warm Water - as required
Method
- Sieve flour salt and baking soda mix together.
- Heat milk adds sugar and mix with sieved flour if required add water and make dough.
- Add curd and ghee kneed well.
- Make a small balls and apply the ghee and cover with wet cloth allow to proof for 2 hours.
- Apply Ghee/Butter in baking tray set a side.
- Press the balls and make a triangle shaped.
- Arrange the Nan’s in baking tray and bake.
- Apply the butter on the Nan and serve hot.
