Sweet Kuli Paniyaram
Ingredients
- Idly rice - 1 cup
- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Black tram dhal - 1 cup
- Fenugreek - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 2 cup
- Oil - ½ tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Method
- Soak idly rice, raw rice, black gram split and Fenugreek grind and make a batter.
- Make a syrup in jiggery with ½ cup water strain well.
- Then add the syrup into a batter mix well.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Heat kuli paniyaram late, apply oil in holes.
- Pour the batter and cook at least 5 minutes.
- Turn another side and cook till golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
