Soji (Rava) Uppuam
Ingredients
- Sooji - 2 cup
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 6
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (Chopped)
- Curry leaves - 1 tsp (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil and Ghee (Mixer0 - ¼ cup
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Black gram dhal - 1 tsp
- Bengal gram dhal - 1 tsp
- Lime - 1
Method
- Slice onions slit green chillies
- Heat oil and ghee mixer in kadai add seasoning ingredients add green chillies and onion.
- Then add Sooji / Rava cook 2 minutes in slow fire.
- Heat measured water add hot water into sooji / rava mix cook in slow in fire.
- Simmer till the water reduces.
- Remove from fire and garnish with coconut (Grated) lime juice and coriander leaves, serve hot.
