Set Dosai
Ingredients
- Par boiled rice - ¼ kg
- Raw rice - ¼ kg
- White black gram dhal - 100 gm
- Kesseri powder - a pinch
- Baking soda - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
Method
- Soak together rice and white black gram dhal at least 4 hours. Grind and make the batter and add salt and leave it for night.
- Add kessari powder, baking soda, mix it well.
- Heat tawa and pour the batter like oothappam.
- Cook both sides and remove from fire.
