Samosa
Ingredients
- Refined flour (Maida) - 2 cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Ghee / Oil - 4 tsp
- Water - 4 tsp
- Potato - 4 (Medium size)
- Onion - 2 (Sliced)
- Green peas - ¼ cup
- Ginger (Chopped) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 3 (Chopped)
- Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch (Chopped)
- Coater - 3 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 3 tsp
- Chat masala powder - 1 tsp
- Amachoor powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Oil - for frying
- Maida water (Like gum) - 2 tsp (Maida and water dilution)
Method
- Mix oil with refined flour, salt mix roughly.
- Make balls with help of 4 tsp water rub well.
- Till soft rub continuously leave for proof at least 3 minutes.
- Heat 5 tsp oil in kadai, add onion and fry till golden brown add ginger, green peas, gram chillies coriander fry well add 2 tsp water add cook well.
- Add potato pieces, coriander powder, garam masala, Cumin powder, amachoor powder, chat masala and lemon juice mix well and allow cooling then making 8 balls. In dough and make round chaptti and cut into 2.
- Make a cone and fill the masalas and cover the open area with Maida water (Like gum).
- Heat oil fries the samosa and serve with tomato sauce.
