Rice Vegetable Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Raw rice                                               - 1 cup
  2. Red chillies                                          - 8
  3. Carrot (created0                               - 1 tsp
  4. Capsicum                                             - 1 (Chopped)
  5. Cabbage                                              - 1 tsp (Chopped)
  6. Cumin                                                   - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder                           - 1 tsp
  8. Salt                                                         - to taste
  9. Oil                                                           - as required
  10. Coconut                                               - ½ (created)

Method

  1. Soak and grind rice mix set aside.
  2. Grind together red chilli, cumin, coriander and coconut make a fine paste.
  3. Mix all ground masala salt, capsicum cabbage mix it well. Add into a rice batter.
  4. Heat tawa and pour the dosa batter over it.
  5. Fry it till golden brown cook both sides.
  6. Remove it from fire and serve with.  Coconut chutney, chilly chutney etc.
