Rice Vegetable Dosai
Ingredients
- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Red chillies - 8
- Carrot (created0 - 1 tsp
- Capsicum - 1 (Chopped)
- Cabbage - 1 tsp (Chopped)
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
- Coconut - ½ (created)
Method
- Soak and grind rice mix set aside.
- Grind together red chilli, cumin, coriander and coconut make a fine paste.
- Mix all ground masala salt, capsicum cabbage mix it well. Add into a rice batter.
- Heat tawa and pour the dosa batter over it.
- Fry it till golden brown cook both sides.
- Remove it from fire and serve with. Coconut chutney, chilly chutney etc.
