Rice Uppuma
Ingredients
- Rice rava (Broken rice (Noi)) - 2 cups
- Red chillies - 4
- Mustard seeds and black gram - 2 tsp
- Onion - 1 no
- Oil - 1 spoon full
- Water - 2 cups
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
Method
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, black gram dhal, red chillies fry.
- Then add chopped onion and rice rava.
- Add 2 cups of hot water and mix well.
- Cook in a slow fire at least 5 minutes.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
