Rice flour and carrot Roti
Ingredients
- Rice flour - 2 cup
- Grated - 1 cup
- Roasted gram (Pottukadalai) - ¼ cup
- Onion (Chopped) - ¼ cup
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients make dough (Like chapatti).
- Make balls and press with wet cloth.
- Heat tawa and fry the pressed roties.
- Fry both sides add some oil and remove from fire and serve hot.
Note 1
If we can add cucumber for substitute of carrot.
Note 2
Sooji, chopped keerai, carrot created mix like dough make a roti.
