Rice Adai
Ingredients
- Rice sooji (Rava) - 4 cups
- Black gram dhal - 1 cup
- Thattai payaru (Cowgram) - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 10
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Curd - 3 cups
Method
- Soak rice sooji in cure one night before.
- Grind black gram, green chillies, ginger mix with soaked rice sooji.
- Then add salt, coriander leaves, cooked cowgram mix well.
- Make the small adais heat the tawa and fry both sides with the help of oil.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Note
If required add sliced coconut also in a batter.
