Rava Putu
Ingredients
- Sooji - ¼
- Sugar - 150 gm
- Cardamom - 4
- Coconut - ½ (grated)
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Cashew nut - 25gm
- Sultanas (dry grapes) - 25gm
- Salt - a pinch
Method
- Roast sooji in kadai, till golden colour.
- Allow to cool add salt and water soak at least 10 minutes.
- Then cook in idly plate at least 15 minutes.
- Fry cashew nuts and sultanas in ghee.
- Put putu in to a plate sprinkle coconut, cardamom powder, cashew nut and sultanas mix well add sugar mix well serve hot.
