Rava Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Rava / Sooji                        -100gm
  2. Rice flour                             - 30gm
  3. Cumin seeds                      - 1 tsp
  4. Green chillies                     - 3
  5. Onion                                    -20gm
  6. Curd                                      -50gm
  7. Curry leaves                       -1 spring
  8. Salt                                         -to taste
  9. Oil                                           -100ml
  10. Maida                                   - 100gm
  11. Pepper Corns                    - 10No

Method

  1. Fry Sooji / Rava in dry kadai, till golden brown.
  2. Chop the onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add fried Sooji / Rava, Rice flour, maida salt and curd mix with water makes a thin batter.
  4. Soak at least 2 hours.
  5. Add chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves cumin seeds, pepper corns and mix with batter.
  6. Pour in to Dosai Tawa cook both sides, remove from Heat and serve with chutney / samber.
