Rava Dosai
Ingredients
- Rava / Sooji -100gm
- Rice flour - 30gm
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 3
- Onion -20gm
- Curd -50gm
- Curry leaves -1 spring
- Salt -to taste
- Oil -100ml
- Maida - 100gm
- Pepper Corns - 10No
Method
- Fry Sooji / Rava in dry kadai, till golden brown.
- Chop the onion, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add fried Sooji / Rava, Rice flour, maida salt and curd mix with water makes a thin batter.
- Soak at least 2 hours.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves cumin seeds, pepper corns and mix with batter.
- Pour in to Dosai Tawa cook both sides, remove from Heat and serve with chutney / samber.
