Raitha

Ingredients

  1. Onion                                                    - 1
  2. Tomato                                                  - 1
  3. Green chillies                                     - 2
  4. Coriander leaves                              - as required
  5. Cucumber                                           - 1
  6. Curd                                                      - 2 -3 cups
  7. Sugar & salt                                        - ½ tsp, to taste

Method

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and cucumber.
  2. Beat the curd well and add salt, sugar, chopped vegetables and mix well.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves serve with biriyani, pulao, chapatti and poori etc.

Note
If you will use ladle mix the salt at the time of service / serve otherwise the curd will become watery.
