Raitha
Ingredients
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green chillies - 2
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Cucumber - 1
- Curd - 2 -3 cups
- Sugar & salt - ½ tsp, to taste
Method
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and cucumber.
- Beat the curd well and add salt, sugar, chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves serve with biriyani, pulao, chapatti and poori etc.
Note
If you will use ladle mix the salt at the time of service / serve otherwise the curd will become watery.
