Ragi Sweet Adai
Ingredients
- Regi flour - ¼ cup
- Sugar / Jaggery - 50gm
- Coconut - ½ cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Method
- Sieve Ragi flour add Sugar / Powdered jiggery salt and Cardamom powder.
- Add grated coconut and make dough.
- Make balls and press to round shape adai. Heat tawa any fry the adai.
- Pour Oil / Ghee to the edges and turn to another side cook in slow fire.
- Repeat the same to all balls.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
