Ragi Sweet Adai

Ingredients

  1. Regi flour                                             - ¼ cup
  2. Sugar / Jaggery                                 - 50gm
  3. Coconut                                               - ½ cup
  4. Salt                                                         - a pinch
  5. Oil                                                           - 2 tsp
  6. Cardamom Powder                         - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Sieve Ragi flour add Sugar / Powdered jiggery salt and Cardamom powder.
  2. Add grated coconut and make dough.
  3. Make balls and press to round shape adai.  Heat tawa any fry the adai.
  4. Pour Oil / Ghee to the edges and turn to another side cook in slow fire.
  5. Repeat the same to all balls.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
