Ragi Keerai Adai
Ingredients
- Ragi flour - ¼ kg
- Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 3
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Chop onion and green chillies.
- Sieve flour; add drumstick leaves, onion, green chillies, and Salt and water make dough.
- Heat tawa and put ball size dough and press make a round shape.
- Pour the oil in edges cook and turn to other side cook well.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
- Cook in slow fire.
Note: The balls are like a small orange size.
