Pulkas
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 ½kg
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 60 ml
Method
- Make dough with wheat flour; add salt and 60ml water kneed well.
- Make round balls and press the balls and make it round shape.
- Heat tawa and put the pulkas fry well till one side Cooked turn to another side.
- Add ghee and press with cloth and rotate the pulkas it will rise up.
- Apply Ghee and sere with curries.
