Puffed Poori
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh curd - 1 cup
- Water - as required
- Oil - for frying.
Method
- Make dough with flour, ghee, salt, curd, milk and water make balls.
- Press in to round shaped.
- Fry in oil, fry both sides, strain oil.
- Remove from heat and sere with potato masala.
