Puffed Poori

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - 2 cup
  2. Ghee                                                     - 1 tsp
  3. Curd                                                      - 1 tsp
  4. Milk                                                       - 1tsp
  5. Salt                                                         - to taste
  6. Fresh curd                                           -  1 cup
  7. Water                                                   - as required     
  8. Oil                                                           - for frying.

Method

  1. Make dough with flour, ghee, salt, curd, milk and water make balls.
  2. Press in to round shaped.
  3. Fry in oil, fry both sides, strain oil.
  4. Remove from heat and sere with potato masala.
