Pudina Partha / Mint Partha
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - ¼ kg
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mint leaves - few springs
- Water - as required
Method
- Make a dough with flour, add salt and oil.
- Chop min leaves.
- Make balls add press like thick poories sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the poories and fold the edges.
- Heat tawa and cook both sides well with Ghee / Oil (Apply).
