Pudina Partha / Mint Partha

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - ¼ kg
  2. Salt                                                         - to taste
  3. Oil                                                           - 2 tsp
  4. Mint leaves                                        - few springs
  5. Water                                                   - as required

Method

  1. Make a dough with flour, add salt and oil.
  2. Chop min leaves.
  3. Make balls add press like thick poories sprinkle the chopped mint leaves over the poories and fold the edges.
  4. Heat tawa and cook both sides well with Ghee / Oil (Apply).
