Potato Roll
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Sooji (Rava) - ½ cup
- Oil - ¼ tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
For Masala
- Potato - ¼ kg
- Onion - 3 tsp
- Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 2 tsp
- Ginger, green chillies paste - 2 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Garamasala powder - ¾ tsp
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste
For cream
- Water - 2 cup
- Refine flour(Maida0 - 3 cup
Method
- Make a dough with wheat flour, sooji (Rava) oil, and salt (like chapattis clough) cover with wet cloth.
- Wash, boil and wash potatoes.
- Mix all the masalas at ingredients with potato fry will make a lime sized balls.
- Make chapattis from wheat flour dough.
- Put the rolled masala and roll (Cover fully) the chappathis. And use the maida cum for paste the edges.
- Heat oil rolls in 3 to r pieces and serves with tomato sauce.
