Plain Paratha
Ingredients
- Refine flour (Maida) - 1 ¼ cup
- Oil - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Water - to mix
Method
- Sieve flour, add salt, sugar 2 tsp oil and water make a dough kneed well. Cover and keep aside for at least half and hour.
- Again kneed well. Make a balls (Even sized)
- Press the balls and make a round shaped, sheet roll out paratha
- Heat tawa and fry partha both side add oil / Ghee till Golden brown remove from fire. Beat lightly between the palms of the hand and separate the flakes.
- Repeat the process (for all balls).
