Pav Bhaji
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 2 (Chopped)
- Carrot - ½ (Chopped)
- Capsicum - ½ (Chopped)
- Potato - 3
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Tomato - 2
- Tomato(Chopped) - 2
- Onion - 2 tsp
- Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 tsp
- Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Butter - 3 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Cook together all vegetables (Chopped) and potato, green peas.
- Chop onion and tomato.
- Heat butter in Kadai, add onion and tomato, fry still golden brown add ginger garlic paste.
- Cook till tomato cooked.
- Grind the tomato (full) and extract pulp add into the gravy.
- Add chilli powder, Pav Bhaji Masala, salt fry well. Then add cooked vegetables.
- Cook at least 5 minutes, allow boiling stir well and removing from heat.
- Garnish with onion slices and lime wedges.
- Serve with “BUN”.
