Panner Masala
Ingredients
- Panner - 150 gm
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Chillies powder - 4 tsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- Salt -to taste
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger paste - ½ tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Roasted garam Ipottukadalai) - 50 gm
- Coriander leaves - as required (Chopped)
Method
- Grind the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and Roasted grams together make a fine paste.
- Cut panner in small cubes and soak in curd at least 1 hour. Then fry in oil and set aside.
- Mix well then add fried paneer cubes and allow boiling.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat serve hot.
Note
Good accompaniment for chapatti, roti etc.
