Panneer Cutlet
Ingredients
- Panneer - 250 gm
- Spring onion - 3 springs (Chopped)
- Green chilly paste - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp (Chopped)
- Egg - 1
- Bread crumbs - 2 tsp
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Grated and mash the panneer cubes.
- Add green chillies, spring onion, chilly powder Coriander leaves and salt mix well.
- Make a cutlet shape, beat Egg well.
- Dip the cutlets in Egg and roll on the bread crumbs, leave at least ½ an hour.
- Heat oil in kadai, fry the cutlet till golden brown.
- Remove from heat and sere with tomato sauce.
