Pachai Poori

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                                        - 2 cup
  2. Coriander leaves                                              - ½ bunch
  3. Sugar                                                                     - ½ tsp
  4. Green chillies                                                     - 4
  5. Cumin powder                                                  - ¼ tsp
  6. Garam masala powder                                  - ¼ tsp
  7. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  8. Oil                                                                           - for frying

Method

  1. Wash and grind together, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix the wheat flour, cumin powder, salt, sugar, garam masala together into a container.
  3. Add ground paste into a mixed flour mix well and make small balls.
  4. Make poories and fry it in oil.  Remove from heat and serve hot.
