Pachai Poori
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Coriander leaves - ½ bunch
- Sugar - ½ tsp
- Green chillies - 4
- Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Wash and grind together, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Mix the wheat flour, cumin powder, salt, sugar, garam masala together into a container.
- Add ground paste into a mixed flour mix well and make small balls.
- Make poories and fry it in oil. Remove from heat and serve hot.
