Oothappam
Ingredients
- Parboiled Rice - 100gm
- Black gram - 20gm
- Fenugreek - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 100ml
Method
- Clean, Wash, Soak and grind rice.
- Soak, Black gram dhal and fenugreek, Grind well as thicker than Dosa batter.
- Mix both Batter add salt.
- Allow to ferment for 8 hours.
- Heat Tawa pour the batter add oil around the edges and a little on top thicker than Dosa.
- Cook both sides well remove from tawa serves with chutney / samber.
Note
Chopped onion and green chillies where put together one side.
