Onion Pakoda
Ingredeints
- Rich flour - 50 gm
- Bengal gram flour - 200 gm
- Onion (sliced) -250 gm
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Green chillies - 5 (Chopped)
- Ghee / Dalda - 50 gm
- Aniseed - 10 gm
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Mix all the ingredients (Onion, Curry leaves, Green chillies, Melted Ghee / Dalda, Aniseed and salt) well.
- Add Bengal gram flour sprinkle water mixes it well.
- Heat the oil and fry (Sprinkle the mixer).
- Till golden brown, remove from heat serve hot.
