Mothagam

Ingredients

  1. Raw rice flour                                                    - 1 cup
  2. Created coconut                                              - 1 cup
  3. Created jaggery                                                - 1 cup
  4. Salt                                                                      - a pinch
  5. Water                                                                 - as required

Method

  1. Heat kadai, add coconut, Jaggeery, Cardamon Powder. Mix well as ball consistencys.
  2. Allow to heat water boil add raw rice flour and salt. Mix well till thick end.
  3. Remove from heat and allow cooling (or) using hot water. Make dough with the raw rice flour and salt.
  4. Make a ball and press the balls like chapattis.
  5. Kept in center the coconut pooranam into the chapatti.  And close all sides and make like ball.
  6. Bake the rolled balls in idly plate till tender.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
