Mothagam
Ingredients
- Raw rice flour - 1 cup
- Created coconut - 1 cup
- Created jaggery - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Water - as required
Method
- Heat kadai, add coconut, Jaggeery, Cardamon Powder. Mix well as ball consistencys.
- Allow to heat water boil add raw rice flour and salt. Mix well till thick end.
- Remove from heat and allow cooling (or) using hot water. Make dough with the raw rice flour and salt.
- Make a ball and press the balls like chapattis.
- Kept in center the coconut pooranam into the chapatti. And close all sides and make like ball.
- Bake the rolled balls in idly plate till tender.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
