Mini Sooji Pakoda
Ingredients
- Sooji (Rava) - 1 cup
- Coconut - ½
- Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
- Mint - 1 hand full (Chopped)
- Green chillies - 5 (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Make a mixer with sooji, mint, coconut, salt, asafoetida, green chillies.
- Heat oil in kadai, make a small ball in mixer, fry till golden brown, strain oil and serve hot with chutney / sauce.
