Makkai Ki Roti
Ingredients
- Corn flour - ½ kg
- Wheat flour - 50 gm
- Ghee - as required
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Sieve the flour make dough with corn flour, wheat flour, salt and oil.
- Kneed well make a balls.
- Press the balls and make a round chapatti’s.
- Dust with raw flour.
- Heat tawa and put the chapatti’s and cook both sides. If required and Oil / Ghee.
- Covers the Roti with dry cloth for protect heat.
- Serve with onion rings, lime piece and sauce.
Note:
Avoid add more water to make a dough
