Maida Poori
Ingredients
- Maida - 2 cup
- Sooji (Rava) - ¼ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
Method
- Make a dough with refined flour, sooji(Rava) salt, and water kneed well soak at least ½ an hour.
- Heat oil in kadai, make the pooris in dough and fry till golden brown.
- Remove from fire and serve with Poorimasala / Channa masala.
