Maida Poori

Ingredients

  1. Maida                                                   - 2 cup
  2. Sooji (Rava)                                        - ¼ cup
  3. Salt                                                         - to taste
  4. Oil                                                           - as required

Method

  1. Make a dough with refined flour, sooji(Rava) salt, and water kneed well soak at least ½ an hour.
  2. Heat oil in kadai, make the pooris in dough and fry till golden brown.
  3. Remove from fire and serve with Poorimasala / Channa masala.
