Maida Dosai
Ingredients
- Refined flour (Maida) - 200gm
- Raw Rice flour - 200gm
- Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp
- Oil - 100 ml
- Butter milk - ¼ cup/glass
- Salt - to Taste
Method
- Mix Refined flour (Maida) and Rice flour with butter milk adds salt and water mix well.
- Heat oil in kadai fry cumin seeds and add to the batter.
- Heat Tawa and pour the batter and spread well.
- Pour oil into the edges cook well both sides.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
