Maida Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Refined flour (Maida)                                    - 200gm
  2. Raw Rice flour                                                   - 200gm
  3. Cumin Seeds                                                      - ½ tsp
  4. Oil                                                                           - 100 ml
  5. Butter milk                                                          - ¼ cup/glass
  6. Salt                                                                         - to Taste

Method

  1. Mix Refined flour (Maida) and Rice flour with butter milk adds salt and water mix well.
  2. Heat oil in kadai fry cumin seeds and add to the batter.
  3. Heat Tawa and pour the batter and spread well.
  4. Pour oil into the edges cook well both sides.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
