Kulcha
Ingredients
- Refine flour (Maida) - 200 kg
- Curd - 3 tsp
- Oil - 20 ml
- Hot milk - 50 ml
- Baking soda - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 30 gm
Method
- Sieve flour and add salt, baking soda mix well.
- Add curd and oil makes fine dough.
- Add milk and kneed well make soft dough.
- Cover with wet cloth and leave for proofing at least 6 hrs.
- Make a small ball press the balls and make a round Shaped. Dust with raw flour.
- Heat tawa cook both sides. Apply butter on the kulcha and serve hot.
