Kothumai Mavu Kolukattai
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 50 gm
- Water - 1 cup
- Coconut - ½
- Cashew nut - 25 gm
- Grated coconut - 2 tsp for garnish
Method
- Make dough with wheat flour (Like chapatti) Kneed well and make a balls.
- Mix sugar with grated coconut.
- Make a whole in chapatti balls in center put 2 tsp of coconut and sugar mixer into a whole cover all sides and make shape (as required)
- Bake the balls in idly plate at least 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with cashew nuts and create coconut.
- Serve hot.
