Kara Kuli Paniyaram
Ingredients
- Idly rice - 1 cup
- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Black gram dhal - 1 cup
- Fenugreek - 1 cup
- Cumin - ½ tsp
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Bengal gram (Split) - ½ tsp
- Green chillies - 7
- Oil - ½ tsp
- Black gram dhal - 10 ml / as required
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Soak idly rice, raw rice, black gram dhal and Fenugreek grind well as a batter.
- Season with cumin, mustard seeds, Bengal gram dhal Green chillies (Chopped) fry well.
- And add into a batter mix well.
- Heat kuli paniyara plate. Apply oil in holes pour the batter cook at least 5 minutes.
- Turn the net side cook till golden brown. If required add oil.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Note
If the idly batter 2 days old is also used for the batter.
