Green gram dhal dosai
Ingredients
- Rice sooji (Rava) - 4 cups
- Green gram dhal - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
Method
- Soak gram and rice together at least 2 hours. Then grind well add salt.
- Heat the tawa and pour the batter in round shape flatels.
- Cook both sides, remove from fire and serve with coconut / onion tomato chutney.
