Dosai
Ingredients
- Idly rice - 100 gm
- Raw rice (Pachai Arisi) - 100 gm
- Black gram - 50 gm
- Fenugreek - 1tsp
- Salt - 1tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
Method
- Soak the Idly Rice, Raw Rice and Black gram at least 3 hours.
- Grind finely and add salt.
- Allow to ferment for 6-8 hours in larger container. There should be enough space for the batter to rise.
- Mix well and dilute the dough if necessary with water.
- Heat Dosai Tawa, apply the oil and pour the batter spread well.
- Till cooked turn the other side cook well and remove from tawa.
- Serve with Chutney or Sambar.
