Ingredoemts

  1. Bengal gram dhal                                             -  2 cups
  2. Ginger (Chopped)                                           - 1 tsp
  3. Green chillies                                                     -  4
  4. Turmeric powder                                             - ¼ tsp
  5. Curd (Soured)                                                   - ½ cup
  6. Oil                                                                           - 1 spoon full
  7. Coriander leaves                                              - 1 tsp
  8. Coconut created                                              - ½ tsp
  9. Baking soda                                                        - ½ tsp
  10. Salt                                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Soak Bengal gram dhal at least one hour and grind.
  2. Grind ginger green chillies.
  3. Mix batter (Bengal gram) and ginger green chillies, paste, salt, curd, turmeric powder, baking soda, oil mix well.
  4. Bake the batter like idly till tender.
  5. Cut the doklas in to cubes and garnish with coconut and curry leaves.
