Ingredoemts
- Bengal gram dhal - 2 cups
- Ginger (Chopped) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 4
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Curd (Soured) - ½ cup
- Oil - 1 spoon full
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Coconut created - ½ tsp
- Baking soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Soak Bengal gram dhal at least one hour and grind.
- Grind ginger green chillies.
- Mix batter (Bengal gram) and ginger green chillies, paste, salt, curd, turmeric powder, baking soda, oil mix well.
- Bake the batter like idly till tender.
- Cut the doklas in to cubes and garnish with coconut and curry leaves.
