Chola Poori
Ingredients
- Refine flour (Maida) - 250 gm
- Curd - 50 gm
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required (for frying)
Method
- Make dough with curd, flour and salt kneed well soak / allow proofing for 2 hours.
- Make a small balls press the balls and make a round shaped.
- Heat oil in kadai, fry the poories and serve with channa masala.
