Chappathi
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - ½ kg
- Salt - to taste
- Ghee / Oil - as required
Method
- Heat water and dilute the salt.
- Add salted water / sprinkle over the wheat flour, kneed well.
- Make dough and keep at least 20-30 minutes.
- Then make small balls.
- Press the balls and make it round shaped, Chappathi’s.
- Heat tawa put the pressed round Chapatti’s and cook both side well add oil in between cooking.
- Till cooked remove from fire and serve with masala.
