Cauliflower Paratha
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - ½ kg
- Cauliflower - 150 gm
- Green chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Ginger - 5 gm (Chopped)
- Garlic - 5 gm (Chopped)
- Coriander leaves - 5 gm (Chopped)
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Oil - 100 ml
- Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Make dough with wheat flour and make chapattis.
- Boil cauliflower in salt and turmeric water.
- Mash the cauliflower fry in pan, with 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds ginger, chilli, garlic coriander leaves salt, turmeric powder and garam masala mix well.
- Place the cauliflower mixer in center of chapatti closes all sides and press like chapatti’s.
- Heat tawa and fry parathas serve hot.
