Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - ½ kg
  2. Cauliflower                                         - 150 gm
  3. Green chillies                                     - 2 (Chopped)
  4. Ginger                                                  - 5 gm (Chopped)
  5. Garlic                                                     - 5 gm (Chopped)
  6. Coriander leaves                              - 5 gm (Chopped)
  7. Turmeric powder                             - a pinch
  8. Oil                                                           - 100 ml
  9. Garam masala Powder                  - 1 tsp
  10. Salt                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Make dough with wheat flour and make chapattis.
  2. Boil cauliflower in salt and turmeric water.
  3. Mash the cauliflower fry in pan, with 1 tsp oil, mustard seeds ginger, chilli, garlic coriander leaves salt, turmeric powder and garam masala mix well.
  4. Place the cauliflower mixer in center of chapatti closes all sides and press like chapatti’s.
  5. Heat tawa and fry parathas serve hot.
