Cabbage Vadai
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 100 gm
- Black gram dhal - ½ kg
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
- Green chillies - 10
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
Method
- Soak black gram dhal at least 1 hour grind with Ginger, green chillies.
- Mix with small pieces of cabbage salt and curry leaves. With the batter mix well.
- Heat oil in kadai, press like vadai and fry well.
