Birds Nest
Ingredients
- Vermicelli (Thin) - 1 pkt
- Onion - 1
- Carrot - 2
- Beans - 6
- Potato - ¼ kg
- Chilli powder - 2 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
- Magi masala - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - as required
- Oil - for fry
- Bread - 6 slices
- Capsicum - 6
Method
- Wash, peal and boil the potato wash well.
- Cut beans, carrot, and capsicum onion, into thin Dieas.
- Cook ½ pkt vermicelli boil and remove from heat. Strain water and allow cooling.
- Heat oil in Kadai, add onion, carrot, beans, capsicum and salt cook till tender.
- Add mashed potatoes and boi8led vermicelli mix well. Remove from heat.
- Break ½ pkt vermicelli and set aside soak bread. Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze and make helf.
- Place the potato masalas inside the bread slice and cover well.
- Roll on the vermicelli.
- Heat oil and fry the balls in slow fire.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
