Bengal Gram Dosai
Ingredients
- Bengal gram flour - 200 gm
 - Raw Rice flour - 100gm
 - Onion - 2
 - Green chillies - 4
 - Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
 - Black gram - 1 tsp
 - Bengal gram - 1 tsp
 - Coriander leaves - 1 spring
 - Curry leaves - 1 spring
 - Oil - 100ml
 - Salt - to taste
 
Method
- Chop onion and green chillies separately.
 - Make a batter with Bengal gram flour and rice flour adds salt.
 - Chop curry leaves and coriander leaves.
 - Heat oil in kadai adds mustard seeds and fry.
 - Then add black gram and Bengal gram fry well.
 - Add onion and green chillies.
 - Mix all ingredients into a batter mix well.
 - Add coriander leaves and curry leaves mix well.
 - Heat oil in tawa pours the batter cook both sides and removes from fire serve hot.
