Batura

 Ingredients

  1. Refined flour (Maida)                                    - ½ kg
  2. Curd                                                                      - 1 cup (fresh)
  3. Milk                                                                       - ½ cup
  4. Oil                                                                           - 1 spoon full
  5. Baking soda                                                        - 1 tsp
  6. Salt                                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Mix together flour, curd, milk, salt and baking soda.
  2. Soak at least 3 hours.
  3. Make a balls and dust with maida.
  4. Roll like poories. Heat the oil and fry poories.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with channa masala.
