Batura
Ingredients
- Refined flour (Maida) - ½ kg
- Curd - 1 cup (fresh)
- Milk - ½ cup
- Oil - 1 spoon full
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Mix together flour, curd, milk, salt and baking soda.
- Soak at least 3 hours.
- Make a balls and dust with maida.
- Roll like poories. Heat the oil and fry poories.
- Remove from heat and serve with channa masala.
