Banana Ravai Paniyaram
Ingredients
- Banana - 3 nos
- Refined flour (well matured) - 200 gm
- Sooji (Rava) - 200 gm
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 200
- Coconut (Created) - ½
- Oil - for frying
Method
- Mash banana add sooji (fried) refined flour sugar, Powdered cardamom and grated coconut mix well and make a dough make a small balls.
- Heat oil in kadai, put the balls and fry till golden brown remove from heat repeat it again fry all balls.
- Serve hot.
